There are many opportunities for sport: sailing, (kite) surfing, scubadiving, tennis, horseriding, but also nice walking and of course playing fantastic golf on one of the more then fifteen golf courses in the region is an option.

The journey from the airport by car or airport bus to Alicante is 45 minutes or to Valencia is 90 minutes.
